On April 18th 2021 the Internal Revenue Service Designated Preserving Hometown Experiences Music Fund as a public charity under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3) giving donors the ability to deduct contributions they make to under IRC Section 170.
This also qualifies PHX Music Fund to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under Section 2055, 2106, or 252:2.
